Our crostini were born from an idea by Mauro Magno: a long, slender biscuit designed to hold, along its entire length, a Cantabrian anchovy, enhancing its aroma and flavor. Available in four varieties – Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Brazzale Butter, Seaweed, and Truffle (the latter seasonal, available only in winter) – they offer a refined and versatile tasting experience.
The freselline, made with the same attention to premium ingredients, come in two versions: whole wheat and multigrain with Brazzale Butter. Both evoke the quality of the grain and the delicacy of the selected fats, creating a perfect balance of fragrance, crunchiness, and aroma.
