Gilda – Iberian Aperitif by Magno 1973

The Gilda is the original pintxos, the first to appear on the counters of Basque bars. Typical of the Basque Country and northern Spain, it represents a more refined and evolved version of the classic tapas, a miniature culinary masterpiece for both the palate and the eyes.

The Magno 1973 tin contains 6 carefully crafted skewers, each composed with precision. Every skewer includes:

• 2 peppers-stuffed olives

• 1 sweet green chili pepper

• 1 anchovy

Arranged in a specific order: first a stuffed olive, then the chili, followed by the anchovy. Generous drizzling of high-quality extra virgin olive oil completes the preparation.

Gilda offers a combination of intense, contrasting flavors, using premium ingredients such as salt-cured anchovies, peppers-stuffed olives, and fresh chili peppers. These bite-sized delights not only satisfy the taste buds but also present a miniature culinary work of art.

Storage: Our anchovies are refrigerated to ensure a lower salt content compared to standard products. Keep at 5°C–12°C and consume within 3 days after opening.
