Soil: Morainic origin, predominantly gravelly and sandy, also calcareous and clayey.

Vinification: Produced from carefully selected grapes from hillside vineyards in the heart of Custoza. Harvested at optimal ripeness, preserving natural acidity and avoiding over-ripening to maintain aromatic freshness and fruit fragrance. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. After a series of natural decantations, the wine is bottled using sterile micro-filtration to safeguard freshness and aromatic typicity.

Appearance: Light straw yellow with subtle green reflections.

Bouquet: Fine and intense, pleasantly aromatic, with fruity notes of apricot, peach, citrus, and white flowers; elegant.

Palate: Dry and fresh, pleasantly acidic and well-balanced, medium-bodied with a long, intense, and persistent finish.

Alcohol: 12.5% Vol

Recommended Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif and with appetizers, light dishes, and seafood, particularly shellfish; also pairs well with fresh cheeses such as robiola and mascarpone.
