This high-end product comes from purebred Ibérico pigs, free-range raised in the Spanish dehesas. Fed exclusively on natural products such as our own specially formulated cereals, pasture, and aromatic herbs, these pigs develop a juicy meat with an intense, rich flavor.

The whole leg, weighing between 7.5 and 9 kg, is cured for a minimum of 32 to 36 months under optimal conditions that enhance its characteristic aroma and flavor.

The fat is fluid and slightly yellow on the surface, with a deep cherry-red lean meat and abundant marbling, an unmistakable sign of its superior quality.
